We want you to love your home and new Scandimodern goods! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase we can gladly help you out.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product please contact our customer service team within 7 (seven) days of recieving your delivery so that we may assist you.

Please note we do not offer refunds, items may be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

• The product is in its original state, unused, not modified and not washed;

• The product is in its original packaging with all its labels still attached.

Shipping and delivery fees are also not refundable.

No exchanges or refunds are permitted for special order items (customized or customer-specified items), mattresses, duvets, pillows, cushions, bedding or textiles.

For all other items, the customer has the option to request an exchange or a credit note within seven (7) days of delivery. In this case, the delivery and return costs will be the customer's responsibility.

The returned item must be in its original condition and accompanied by an invoice. The credit note will be issued within ten (10) business days after receipt of the item. Delivery and return fees are non-refundable.

Gift certificates and store credits are non refundable.

Sale and Discounted Items

All sale and/or discounted items are final sale and do not qualify for refund.

Lost Parcels, incorrect or incomplete delivery address

We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by Canada Post or UPS during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Scandimodern assumes no responsibility for any delay or failure to deliver as a result of incorrect or incomplete contact information.

Cancellation

It is not possible to cancel an order if it has already shipped,

Special orders (customized or customer-specified items) can be canceled within 3 (three) days of the purchase date.

Regular orders, that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled within 7 (seven) days following the purchase.

To initiate a cancellation, please contact us. If the cancellation is made within the specified timeframes and the order has not shipped, the amount paid will be refunded. Beyond these time limits, Scandimodern will apply cancellation fees as follows:

• minimum of 40% of the value of the cancelled items for any special order.

• 15% of the value of the cancelled items or a credit note equivalent to 40% of the value of the cancelled items for any regular order.
