Unpack knitting basics with individualized, hands on help!
Whether you’ve never held a set of knitting needles before, or you’re coming back to the craft after a long hiatus, this workshop is for you.
Skills covered in this workshop include:
Basic cast-on
Knit stitch
Purl stitch
Reading a pattern
Using stitch markers
Simple decrease
*This is an entry level class, with no previous experience required.
Workshop fee includes:
3 hours of personalized instruction
Project pattern
Basic supplies
Additional materials required for class (optional):
Stitch markers
Darning needle
Tape measure
Small scissors
4.5mm 16” circular needles
(4.5mm double pointed needles)
Note: We will be lending out knitting needles and any other tools required. If you would like to purchase any of the items used in class, a 10% discount will be applied when purchased in store on the day of your class.
Class size is limited, so please register early.
